1990: Purchase of the production hall for switchgear at Siemensstrasse in Beckum

 

2000: Completion of the new production hall at the Gewerbepark Grüner Weg 38 in Beckum

2004: Change of name to KUK-automation GmbH and entry of Dipl. Ing. André Röttger

 

2005: Expansion of production by CNC machines in switchgear construction

 

2008: Specialization and expansion of the software area SPS and Motion

 

2010: Further development and integration of the robotics sector

 

2011: System partnerships in robotics with ABB, KUKA, FANUC and Mitsubishi

 

2012: Integration of the mechanical construction and extension of the electrical construction

 

2013: Introduction of DIN ISO 9001: 2008 2014: Acquisition of further CNC machines and

          cutting machines for mechanical engineering

 

2015: Purchase of another 1300 m² floor area

 

2015: Acquisition of CNC machine Robodrill for machine production

 

2016: CAD / CAM coupling of CNC machines for the production of complex 3D parts

 

2016: Expansion of production with welding technology according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1

 

2016: Further measures in quality management and extension to DIN ISO 9001: 2015

 

2017: Cooperation with the company FANUC in the field of CNC machines and automation with robots

 

2018: Expansion of production: Acquisition: boring machine, large bed milling machine,

          painting technology and sandblasting technology

 

2018: Start of planning phase for product expansion by approx. 1500m²: planned 2 assembly halls

          and office complex

 

2019: Completion of the assembly hall at the Grüner Weg 44 business park. In future 2 locations from KUK-automation.

           -> Main location: Beckum, Gewerbepark Grüner Weg 38: administration, office and production on 1400m²

           -> 2nd location: Beckum, Gewerbepark Grüner Weg 44: production and office on 1500m²

 

2019: Acquisition of additional manufacturing machines in the field of sawing and drilling technology

 

2020: Entry into electromobility

          In-house charging infrastructure with its own photovoltaic system

          CO2 neutral production

 

2021: Extension of DIN ISO 9001: 2015 to include ISO 14001 environmental management

 

2022: Connection of the two KUK locations to the fiber optic network. Expansion of the digital 

          infrastructure
